Photos always seem to look better when taken in the summer!

Senior Photo Craziness

Although the majority of high school seniors get their senior photos taken during the summer before their senior year, a significant amount of people wait until the month before graduation.
This means that every May is pretty crazy for a photographer!
Spring in Indiana can be cold, hot, rainy, sunny, snowy, or dry. Or all of those in one day! To try to schedule everyone around school, work, activities and weather makes for a busy month.
Luckily the digital age has come and that makes things go smoothly and faster.
No longer do we have to wait for negatives to be developed and proofs to be printed.
Sometimes even when the photos were taken months earlier, it still takes until crunch-time to pick out the  ones to be printed and sent in the graduation invitations.

I'm sure I will be one of those people, even though I know better. I either do things extremely fast, or embarrassingly slow.
Either way, everyone always gets their photos in time and I get my weekends back by June 1 of every year.
Well, until wedding season starts!!
